Heating Engineer

The successful candidate will be experienced in the installation of domestic gas appliances.

 

Oil and LPG would be an advantage.

 

A company van will provided.

 

The candidate will need to hold a full driving license & a clean CRB Check (Gas Tech Wales will carry this out)

 

The following qualifications are required although some not essential:

2.CENWAT1

 

3.CKR1

 

4.HTR1

 

5.CPA1

 

Will be required to work some weekends and be on a weekend call rota

Job Title:

Office Administrator

Gas Tech (Wales) Ltd is a small independent privately owned operated Gas, Oil & LPG heating services business.

 

We are currently looking to employ an Office Administrator/Manager who has the ability to deal with telephone call handling and have excellent customer service skills.

 

The typical tasks will involve:

Taking service call telephone requests direct from clients.

Organising daily company diary for engineer visits using management software system.

Performing a variety of clerical and administrative activities.

Answering telephone calls and taking payment, conveying messages, and monitoring the flow of e-mail.

Maintaining customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.

Resolving customer problems by investigating visits and history.

Completing Grant Applications

Other duties as assigned;

 

Applicants must be;

Have excellent communication skills.

Computer literate. Able to work in Word and Excel..

Capable of working as part of a team.

 

Preferred Applicant;

Will have previous experience of working with the Central Heating Industry.

 

The successful applicant must be a self-motivated individual who has the ability to set their own work rate to meet daily deadlines. We are ideally looking for candidates who want to secure a long-term career.
